Thanks again for all your inspiring recipes! I then combined the roasted cauliflower with the pasta at the end, and it got me thinking that a great substitute for the pasta would be to make the sauce and put it over cauliflower by itself. The sauce is then flavored with salt, pepper and nutmeg and sometimes onions and cloves and simmered until it is thick, creamy and smooth. I also really appreciate the metric measurements. I always say to start with a small amount of nutritional yeast — you can always add more. Made it today, and it was so fabulous! I do, however, appreciate the simplicity of it. May I add how super helpful having the actual weight marked against the recipe is for us non cup savvy peeps! Do follow the directions in the recipe for layering the lasagna.

So this marinated tofu dish is made with the most delicious marinade sauce. Simple 4 ingredient recipe ready in 5 minutes. I added tomato paste because the lentil mixture was looking a bit pale.
